The Board

Andrea Williams
Managing Director

Andrea is a founder of Williams Woodward Limited, established in March 2006, and is focused on providing people oriented services in a systems orientated environment.
Andrea is a qualified Accountant (CFPA) with experience of business environments in the commercial sector, the public sector and the business software industry, gained over the past 20 years.

Originally spending 10 years working in finance and accounting within the NHS and Charities sectors, Andrea was a key member of the senior management team responsible for the start-up and strategic development of the Phoenix NHS Trust in 1992 and The Brandon Trust (Charity) in 1996.

A move into the software industry followed, working on all aspects of business system implementations adding value in terms of process improvement, business analysis, change management and project management.

Andrea has a proven track record in the delivery of business system implementations, process improvement and complex software product developments. She has spent a considerable amount of time working with project boards forming close working relationships with directors.

Clive Woodward
Executive Director

Clive is a founder of Williams Woodward Limited, established in March 2006 and is focused on ensuring the company provides quality services and solutions through its skilled and experienced workforce. Clive has an extensive and successful career in IT business solutions over the past 30 years. Prior to becoming a director of Williams Woodward, Clive was at Agresso UK for six years, progressing from sales manager of its commercial sector business to commercial sales director.

Previously, Clive developed a wealth of experience working for leading business and financial accounting software houses and IT Companies, including CMG, Walker International, Financial Solutions and British Olivetti in a variety of sales and management positions.

Clive believes passionately that clients need to gain business benefits from their investment and wants our clients to see us as trusted partners rather than just a supplier of business solutions.
Clive is also a professional actor and undertakes facilitation and role-play work to a wide range of organisations helping them to enhance their communication, presentation and behavioural skills.

Jeremy Nordberg
Non-Executive Director

Jeremy is a senior profit driven human resources director with over 35 years’ experience, much of it at board / executive committee level. Jeremy has worked across a range of industries in international businesses in sectors ranging from manufacturing, media, leisure, retail and consumer goods and varying in size from  £300m to £4bn turnover, with market involvement in Europe, US, Asia and Latin America.
An HR generalist, Jeremy has particular skills and experience in strategic reward and incentivisation, organisational design, mergers and acquisitions and business turnarounds.

Jeremy worked for companies including Diageo, Dunlop Slazenger, Courage, Invensys and Harrods with a final corporate role as acting HR director for the BBC. For the past 5 years Jeremy has acted as a consultant with particular emphasis on pension trusteeship.

Jeremy initially joined Williams Woodward Limited in 2011 in an informal, advisory capacity and became a non-executive director in 2012. His key inputs are supporting the strategy definition for growth, developing HR strategies to support that growth, corporate governance and financial and business overview.

Angie Marlow
Deputy Managing Director

Angie is a highly self-motivated, result driven professional with 20 years’ experience of project management and business consulting, with a track record of successfully delivering large and complex IT software projects on time and to budget.

Angie brings depth and breadth of experience gained growing a number of successful businesses, from both short term business improvement assignments and longer term corporate strategy, to her role as deputy MD. Commercially oriented and customer centric, Angie is an excellent programme manager focused to ensure organisations meet targets and strategic objectives whilst achieving and maintaining standards of excellence and exceeding customer expectations.

Angie is experienced in managing multi-disciplined professional services teams and has market sector experience including large commercial entities, higher/further education establishments, police forces and local/central government departments. Angie is a natural leader who possesses excellent management and communication skills (both written and verbal) which help command confidence and engender commitment from teams and colleagues at all levels including board members.

Hayley Dickenson
Director

Up until 2016, Hayley had spent 7 years in public sector transformation, responsible for delivering programmes such as the Ministry of Justice’s new generation of electronic monitoring services using new satellite tagging technology, the delivery of a cross-cutting programme designed to improve access to services for residents and modernise working practices for staff at North Somerset Council and as partnership director for Capita at Swindon Borough Council, where she was responsible for the successful delivery of the eight out-sourced public services, including customer services, IT, print and business support, and for the development of future partnership opportunities within the borough.

With over 25 years of experience in business systems sales, implementation and support, Hayley joined Williams Woodward in early 2017 with board responsibility for operations and business development where she is delighted to join forces once again with Andrea and Angie. Previously, all three worked together closely at Unit 4 Agresso (previously Agresso Ltd.) where Hayley was responsible for key Agresso customer accounts such as the Scottish Prison Service, LogicaCMG, The Telegraph, Crest Nicholson and Haymarket Publishing.

Hayley is a highly motivated, professional and pragmatic director with a passion for building strong partnerships with her clients and partners.

Delivery Team

Ian Rigby
Senior Project Manager and Principal Implementation Consultant

Ian has been with Williams Woodward Limited since October 2011 and has worked as a project manager and senior consultant as part of a larger team on a number full lifecycle implementations including; University of East Anglia, Oxford City Council, Tameside MBC and Sheffield FE College.

Ian has 20 years’ experience of implementing Agresso Business World within many different business sectors, including the private service sector, health, education, local and central government, retail and not for profit. Experienced in the full project lifecycle from planning, requirements capturing, solution design, development and implementation through to support and maintenance, Ian's excellent communication skills, strong technical and business acumen ensure that the best solution is delivered to customers.

Ian specialises in project management and business consulting. He is an expert in Agresso Financials, procure to pay, sales to cash, system integration, interfacing, data migration and report writing.
Prior to joining Williams Woodward Limited, Ian worked on projects with Total Amber and at Fraser Williams and assumed a number of different roles including account manager, project manager and senior implementation consultant.

Bern Direito
Business Development Account Executive
Bern has an extensive background in business development & operations and has what it takes to drive growth into any customer by helping them overcome critical challenges, problem solving and creating solutions for organisations within the private and public sector.
Recently Bern has been working within the project management industry working with some of the industry’s leading organisations like Vauxhall, Staffordshire County Council, Epicor, Polycom and many more, by building important relationships and partnerships to drive businesses forward.

David Blake
Business Consultant

David joined the team at the start of June 2013 as a business consultant within the Xledger Business Unit and has since worked on a number of key implementations.

Prior to joining Williams Woodward Limited, David worked with Optimum Technology Transfer for 8 years as a project manager successfully managing many ABW and other ERP training projects. David managed global projects with long development cycles and multiple delivery locations as well as ensuring that smaller more local projects were adequately resourced and delivered. 

David’s experience includes; scoping training projects, defining training plans, assigning and managing resources, customer liaison, maintaining quality of deliverables and managing commercial relationships which were key to the growth of Optimum’s training division.

David is a pragmatic and clear communicator, his previous work experiences and knowledge of different disciplines will help immeasurably with the development of Williams Woodward.

Lorraine Martin
Principal Business Consultant

Lorraine has 13 years’ experience of implementing Agresso Business World within many different business sectors. With excellent commercial business knowledge and strong technical and communication skills, Lorraine enjoys working with customers to ensure the best solution is delivered.

Lorraine joined Williams Woodward Limited in October 2013 and has worked as part of a larger team on full lifecycle implementations as well as leading development of a template solution for the further education market. Her specialist system areas are financials and procurement, along with requirements capturing, solution design, development and implementation to support and maintenance.

Prior to joining Williams Woodward, Lorraine worked at Agresso UK as both a support consultant and implementation consultant and then independently for 8 years as a senior consultant for a number of UNIT4 customers including Crest Nicholson, College of Law, Exponant and Bigen Africa.

Lisa Rigby
Senior Implementation Consultant

Lisa has worked as a consultant within the IT industry for over 17 years, gaining experience in project management and business analysis across a number of business sectors, implementing financial and business management solutions, as well as developing bespoke products and services.

An excellent communicator with a solid technical background and commercial business knowledge means she can liaise with all areas of the business to ensure the best solution is delivered.

Lisa is a Prince2 registered practitioner with experience of best practices, industry standards and structured methodologies across industry sectors as diverse as: retail, consultancies, education, central and local government, MoD, not for profit and charities.

Lisa joined the team in January 2013 and has worked as part of a larger team on full lifecycle implementations including; Teeside University, Save the Children and Wokingham Borough Council.
Lisa's specialist areas are; financials, procurement, sales and inventory management, project costing and billing and planner.

Prior to joining Williams Woodward Limited, Lisa worked on a contract basis for Unit4 as a senior consultant for 5 years and, prior to that, for Agresso re-seller Fraser Williams as a developer, business analyst and consultant.

Mathieu Suhandynata
Business Consultant

Mathieu joined Williams Woodward in August 2015 after working as an Agresso implementation consultant for 3 years.

With experience in both new implementations and Agresso upgrades under his belt, Mathieu brings a wealth of knowledge and a new perspective on implementations. He is a well-rounded consultant who has been exposed to all modules and is a great complement to the team.

Patrick Murray
Business Consultant

Patrick joined Williams Woodward in April 2015. Patrick has worked with Agresso for the last 8 years in both private sector and non-profit organisations as a technical system analyst. Having been a key member of Agresso Implementation Projects and upgrades in previous employments, Patrick has gained invaluable experience on configuring systems for the user’s needs.

Patrick’s key strengths are his development work tailored to meet client’s requirements and his continuing drive to expand his knowledge of SQL Server, ARC Reporting and all modules in Agresso.

Mark Wheeler
Business Consultant
Mark joined Williams Woodward in May 2016 after working for Central England Co-operative for most of his career to date. In his time there he has worked as a systems accountant, project accountant and
business analyst, working in all areas of finance, supporting retail, distribution, funeral, travel, property,
transport and dairy.

Mark has been using Unit4 Business World since 1999 and was responsible for the support and integration 
with many front end business systems. His extensive experience includes report writing, bank reconciliation
and system upgrades; the most recent being part of the team for a Milestone 5 upgrade in January 2016.
Mark is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience in systems and accounting in the 
commercial sector and has a track record for implementing significant business improvements.

Melanie Stokes
Senior Trainer
Melanie is an accomplished trainer, skilled in U4BW and COINS. She has extensive IT training experience gained over 30 years in industry.

An excellent training guru, Melanie has experience in many forms of training; from one-to-one coaching through to end user deliveries. She is at ease, whether coaching a finance director, a data input clerk or addressing a large seminar on a new application.

When delivering training, Melanie provides added value to the users by placing emphasis on and explaining the need to retain their documentation and keep referencing when back in the workplace.

Qasim Awan
Pre-sales Consultant 
Qasim joined Williams Woodward in October 2016 having previously worked at Urenco Ltd. as a finance analyst.

A QBE accountant with 10 years of experience in various finance related roles, he has now taken a step away from a traditional finance career and into IT software consultancy. He has worked in several business sectors such as the FTSE100, waste management, private healthcare, and the nuclear Industry.

Qasim will be drawing upon experiences of these industries and through existing skill sets from his previous roles of AP, AR, P2P, Intercompany and financial accounting as well as end user experience of SAP in looking forward to the new challenges as the presales & implementation consultant for our cloud based system, Xledger.


Technical Team

Neil Bass
Technical Software Consultant and Developer

Neil is a professional software engineer with 20 years’ experience of software design and programming in the renowned Bell Labs division of Lucent Technologies. This role included work in every aspect of software development, from requirements specification through design, coding, test and customer support.
Self-motivated, pragmatic and able to transfer skills between different applications and technologies, Neil has been with Williams Woodward Limited for 2 years, working on the development of complex reports and bespoke software additions.

Before joining our team, Neil worked on specialist development projects to specify, design and implement Agresso HR reporting extensions using SQL, ARC reporting and VBS and develop an XML interface for Agresso using Oracle SQL.

Paul Crusham
Senior Technical Consultant

Paul is a highly motivated SQL Server DBA with over 14 years’ experience. This includes working as a production DBA with VLDB’s on high transactional finance systems, along with spending 10 years working in a consultancy role. As well as SQL Server DBA skills, Paul also has experience with SQL Development, SSIS, SSRS, Oracle, Windows, UNIX, Linux, networking and technical expertise with the Agresso Business World system.

Along with core SQL Server DBA / Developer skills, Paul has significant experience of Technical project management, design of disaster recovery plans, on-going database maintenance and optimisation and the delivery of technical training.

Prior to joining Williams Woodward, Paul spent 10 years as a Senior DBA Installation Consultant with Agresso UK, where he undertook all on-site technical roles that were required by the customer base that involved working at over 200 customer sites in the UK and Europe.

Gregor Ramsay
Technical Analyst

Gregor joined the team at Williams Woodward Limited in October 2014 having previously worked at UNIT4 Business Software as a developer.

Gregor has 16 years’ experience of software development and delivery to a range of public and private sector industries. His strengths are founded on an organised approach, from initial analysis to technical support. He can communicate ideas in a clear and straightforward way. In addition to software development Gregor has provided consultancy and technical support to users of the UK specific products from across the Agresso customer base.

Administration Team

Arva Adamji
Financial Accountant

Arva joined Williams Woodward Limited in April 2016 to further her career in finance. Responsible for running the accounting and finances of the company using our cloud based system, Xledger, Arva is the main point of contact for finance and accounting.

Arva is a part qualified accountant with 10 years of experience in finance related roles. She has worked in several business sectors, starting at an accountancy practice, then progressing with several roles as a management accountant in service and manufacturing industries. More recently Arva worked as a project accountant at a local events company based in Maidenhead.

Arva is currently studying for ACCA qualifications. Her main goal is to be fully qualified by the end of 2017. Arva is a full-time member of staff based at our offices in Maidenhead.

Colin O’Shea
Financial Account (Maternity Cover)
Colin joined the team at Williams Woodward Limited in April 2017 as Interim Accountant and will have responsibility for the Finance function. Colin is a Chartered Management Accountant by profession and has held a number of senior finance roles providing financial and commercial support to businesses particularly during periods of growth and change. He has experience of working across a breadth of industry sectors including Technology, Retail and Business Services.

Celina Caesar
Project Support Office Manager

Celina joined Williams Woodward in April 2017 and is responsible for the project office function.

Celina has many years of experience working within administration, event management and training co-ordination and PA support.
